Training Requirements:
According to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), most Accountants are required to hold at the minimum a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Licensure and certification:
* Any accountant filing a report with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is required by law to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
